Please send us your room rates for long-term arrangements. We need four single rooms for two months starting October 1 and ending November 30. I understand you have only suite-style rooms, which our employees prefer. They must also have non-smoking rooms.
We are asking two of your competitors to tell us their rates. We do have a preference for your hotel, since it comes highly recommended and is located only four blocks from our client's headquarters. Price, however, is a factor, especially considering the lengthy stay.
